You will build relationships with communities and agencies, coordinate training, and support hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met while upholding Legends operating standards. This position requires team collaboration and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to review applications and schedule interviews with hiring managers or HR for final hiring decisions.
• Ability to process new hire paperwork and background check/drug test submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with communities and employment agencies.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and schedule interviews with hiring managers/HR for final decisions.
• Process new hire paperwork and background check/drug test submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with communities and employment agencies.
• Develop and implement staffing techniques to improve staff quality and quantity.
• Explain program details and train prospective employees and schedule them for training days and events.
• Perform reference checks and ensure compliance with HR standards.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
