Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and welcome candidates in person. You will manage walk-ins, extend offers through ATS, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience.

You’ll support onboarding, review I-9 documentation, track referrals, and help with campus recruiting events and internships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Hospitality recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems.
• Strong org skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and candidate relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and recruiting manager.
• Greet candidates and escort them to interview locations.
• Manage in-person walk-ins and application drop-offs with a professional first point of contact.
• Create, prepare, and route hourly offer letters through the ATS.
• Pre-screen hourly candidates for Author & Edit brands and move through hiring process.
