Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) seeks a Staffing Coordinator in the Student Services division, working within Advanced Clinical Services to arrange one-on-one staff for students with special needs. The role is based at the Child and Career Development Center in Coatesville, PA.

You will handle referrals from LEAs, coordinate with staffing agencies, supervise staff, provide training, monitor notes, and maintain communication with districts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Current child abuse, criminal history, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate provision of services to meet students' needs with LEAs and staffing agencies.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and orientation of new staff; supervise staff performance.
• Monitor and approve clinical notes; maintain communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of direct care services per students' IEP plans.
• Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance and document in databases.
