The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support Advanced Clinical Services in the Student Services division. This role handles referrals from LEAs, coordinates with staffing agencies, and oversees training, orientation, and supervision of new staff at the Child and Career Development Center in Coatesville, PA.

You will monitor clinical notes, maintain stakeholder communication, and ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance while managing direct care services in line

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate provision of services meeting client needs by collaborating with Local Education Agencies.
• Communicate with school districts regarding cases requiring staff with specific skills.
• Access online databases and approve daily staff logs; update client enrollment status.
• Provide orientation, training, and direct supervision to staff; monitor performance and development needs.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery of direct care services per students' IEP plans.
• Maintain professional communication across stakeholders to ensure needs are met and improvements identified.
• Audit data and monitor billing to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Train staff in various computer applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets).
• Prepare and submit reports to districts, state, and federal agencies.
