Excelsior Care Group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Columbia County, FL. This full-time role focuses on creating nursing schedules, processing timecards, and ensuring proper staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience staffing in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
• Ability to create and maintain nursing schedules in SNF/long-term care.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update monthly nursing schedules.
• Review and process weekly nursing staff timecards for payroll.
• Monitor attendance and report to DON.
• Coordinate with HR and DON on modified-duty schedules.
• Assist with leave requests, timecards, and staffing questions.
• Post schedules and coordinate changes with supervisors.
• Assist onboarding and maintain license/certification records.
• Prepare staffing reports and address coverage needs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Provide Unit Secretary coverage and admin support as needed.
