Job summary

Wyoming Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (Scheduler) to manage the hospital-wide schedule for direct care staff and track call-offs, tardies, and early arrivals. The role also includes clerical support and assisting in patient data collection and quality/risk data collection.

Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The position requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of staffing/scheduling experience, preferably in a psychiatric/addiction treatment setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year facility staffing/scheduling experience required.
• Psychiatric/addiction treatment facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital-wide schedule for direct care staff.
• Record call-offs, tardies and early arrivals in a timely manner.
• Provide clerical support and assist in patient data collection and quality/risk data collection.
• Assist on units with MHT functions as needed.
