Job summary

Valley Health System in Southern Nevada seeks a Staffing Coordinator to ensure optimal scheduling and coverage for nursing units across our hospitals.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership, coordinate staffing resources, and maintain accurate records to support patient care. Strong organizational skills and experience in medical/secretarial roles are required.

Qualifications

Education: High School or equivalent preferred.

Experience: One (1) to three (3) years medical/secretarial experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient
