Cross Country Healthcare seeks a part-time Staffing Coordinator to provide frontline support to field staff, suppliers and client facilities. You will coordinate staffing needs, assign shifts, and communicate updates to all parties while collaborating with managers to resolve scheduling discrepancies.

The role requires 1–2 years in staffing or related fields, strong Outlook skills, and experience in healthcare or call centers, with education of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years’ experience, preferable in the staffing industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook. Database and/or automated program experience a plus.
• Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

BASIC PURPOSE

The Staffing Coordinator provides the highest caliber of customer service to our Field Staff, approved suppliers and to our client facilities.

During scheduled shift he / she will ensure maximum productivity for assigned facilities whilst maintaining optimal rapport with all client contacts, at the health care organization and approved supplier partners.
