Providence PACE Spokane is seeking a dedicated PACE Operations Supervisor to assist the Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating all program activities.

This role supports management of PACE participants, focusing on quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes, while upholding Providence's mission and core values.

This on-site, full-time position involves travel as needed to fulfill duties across the program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in Social Work, Business Administration, or health field.
  • 2 years of operations experience including staff supervision and budgeting; elderly experience preferred.
  • Driving is required and valid license/insurance must be provided upon request.

Description

The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities. This position supports management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a Health related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 2 years of experience in operations, including staff supervision and budgeting; including at least one year experience working with the elderly.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a Health related field or equivalent education/experience
  • 1 year of experience in care management, population management and/or evidenced-based clinical care.
  • Experience with team-building and interpersonal conflict management.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range

$31.73 - $49.27
