Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and maximizing productivity
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare staff, including nurses, therapists, and other professionals
Identify and address staffing gaps, implementing solutions to ensure optimal resource allocation
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement staffing plans that meet the needs of our patients
Monitor and report on staffing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Assist with onboarding new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into our facility
Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a staffing or scheduling role
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
