Southridge Behavioral Hospital in Byron Center, MI, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to keep units fully staffed and ensure high-quality patient care. You will manage the master scheduling software, adjust staffing levels based on census, call-ins, and leaves, and support the Nursing Management Team.

This role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and a chance to contribute to a new, state-of-the-art facility.

Formación

• Education: High School required, Associates preferred.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Staff Scheduling experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Keep hospital units fully staffed to ensure proper patient care.
• Manage the master scheduling software system and adjust staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and planned leaves.
• Support the Nursing Management Team and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
