• Communicate schedule changes clearly to staff.
• Track time worked, attendance, and payroll accuracy.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new staff.
• Maintain records and staffing documentation.
• Be available for after-hours calls (facility phone provided).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA or QMA (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or scheduling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication and time management skills
