Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Approximately 1 year of healthcare office experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Proficient with commonly used office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Initiates facility-wide staff placement operations and coordinates staffing on most units.
• Coordinates nursing staffing including RN/LPN/CNA/Techs and clerical support; develops computerized schedules; anticipates weekly needs.
• Performs office management and clerical services; enters, maintains, and archives data across multiple software platforms.
• Addresses ongoing staffing demands while liaising with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates excellence in organization, communication, and human relations skills.
• Prioritizes and organizes own work; uses discretion to improve efficiency and resolve problems.
• Identifies, resolves, and communicates issues to nursing leadership.
