Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CNA/CMT) to join our nursing leadership support team in a full-time day schedule. The role focuses on developing and maintaining nursing staff schedules to ensure coverage and continuity of resident care in our skilled nursing and long-term care community.

The ideal candidate is a CNA or CMT with strong organizational and communication skills, scheduling experience, and the flexibility to assist with direct resident care and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Missouri CNA or Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
• Certification must be current and in good standing.
• Previous staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred.
• Experience as CNA or CMT in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency including scheduling software and electronic documentation systems.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple staffing priorities and on-call scheduling needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with nursing leadership.
