Aspire Senior Living Carthage is hiring a Staffing Coordinator (CNA/CMT) to support nursing leadership through scheduling and coverage of our skilled nursing and long-term care residents.

The role requires CNA or CMT certification, strong organization, and ability to assist with direct resident care as needed. On-call rotation and cross-team collaboration are essential to maintaining resident care."

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active Missouri CNA or CMT certification is required.
• Certification must be current and in good standing.
• Experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Experience as CNA/CMT in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with scheduling software and electronic documentation.
