The ideal candidate holds a CNA license, a high school diploma, and experience in staffing and scheduling. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• CNA license required.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and update master schedules for nursing staff.
• Coordinate coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, nights, and Baylor shift.
• Find replacements for callouts or open shifts.
• Keep contact lists and emergency contact information current for all nursing staff.
• Verify employee work hours, manage time-off requests.
• Track attendance and support disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Promote and support a safe and compliant working environment.
