Qualifications

• CNA and CMA Oklahoma license required.
• Experience scheduling, staffing in long-term care preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident care employee contact list.
• Update department managers' phone numbers posted in the center.
• Track tardiness and absenteeism and report to DON.
• Coordinate scheduling with HR and DON within policy.
• Prepare and file necessary nursing department documents.
