Job summary
Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care in Norman, OK is seeking a Staffing Coordinator CNA to lead staffing for nursing personnel and coordinate scheduling across shifts. You will be the primary staffing contact for the facility, shaping coverage and ensuring adequate clinical staffing to meet census needs.

Qualifications
- Current, valid CNA licensure required.
- Experience in a nursing home or home health setting serving geriatric patients.
- Scheduling experience required; KRONOS experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; written and verbal skills important.
Responsibilities
- Staff nursing personnel scheduling for RN, LVN, CMA, CNAs.
- Process applications for all positions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
- Complete new hire reference checks and license verifications.
- Review staffing regularly and adjust based on census.
- Assist with new hire orientation and in-services.
