Qualifications

• Must hold CMA licensure and be currently licensed.
• Previous nursing home or home health scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing for all nursing personnel (CNA/CMA).
• Process applications for all positions.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified candidates.
• Complete new hire reference checks and verifications.
• Review staffing and adjust based on census.
• Conduct drug testing and maintain attendance records.
