Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening to job fairs and ongoing candidate care. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building strong client and candidate relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in staffing or recruiting, solid vetting experience, and a proven ability to recruit through social media and job fairs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of staffing/recruiting experience.
• Existing client and/or candidate network preferred.
• Experience recruiting at job fairs.
• Proven ability to recruit via social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of effective candidate vetting and screening questions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions (primarily industrial, warehouse, and related roles).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and client relationships.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Recruit actively through social media and online channels.
• Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system.
• Conduct effective phone screens and use strong vetting questions to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and support the placement process end-to-end.
• Shift priorities quickly and manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality or speed.
