Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the center's nursing staff is adequately and efficiently staffed to provide exceptional care to our residents. Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating staffing schedules, identifying staffing gaps, and implementing solutions to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with nursing staff to identify staffing needs and create and manage staffing schedules
• Analyzing and identifying staffing gaps to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Implementing solutions to maintain adequate staffing levels, including requesting overtime or temporary staffing as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of staffing schedules and staffing levels
• Communicating with nursing staff, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of staffing needs
• Participating in the development and implementation of staffing policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and company policies
