The Legacy at Boca is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our nursing team in Boca Raton. You will create and maintain nursing schedules, track attendance, and collaborate with HR to administer policies.

You will monitor daily PPD, minimize overtime, coordinate with agency staff when needed, and prepare staffing reports for the Director of Nursing. A background in long-term care and strong communication are essential.

• Experience as a staffing coordinator in a long-term care setting.
• Proficiency with computers, payroll, and minor HR functions.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills.
