Job summary

Virginia Telehealth and Staffing is seeking a staff recruiter to locate contact and onboard nurses and ancillary medical staff. You will manage large pools of healthcare candidates, verify credentials, references, background checks, and immunizations to ensure readiness for job offers.

The role requires daily monitoring of shifts across multiple facilities, coordinating schedules, and leading meetings to ensure staff perform as instructed across all shifts, seven days a week.

Qualifications

We are a medical staffing agency with a successful history of two decades of experience in medical staffing. This is our third staffing agency. We are now in search of staff recruiters to locate/contact and onboard potential nurses and all ancillary medical staff. This professional must be skilled at working with large pools of human resources in this field, they must be confident, patient, considerate, possess stellar communication skills, and be an excellent decision-maker. This professional must be experienced and comfortable with the daily, ongoing ritual of safely staffing multiple people within multiple facilities, safely means, ensuring that their credentials, references, background checks, and immunization etc.; is perfectly sound prior to a job offer

Additionally, this professional will have the responsibility of ensuring that once these shifts have been accepted/scheduled as a viable shift by the facilities/nurse, they will be fulfilled, that requires constantly monitoring the schedule. You will be in charge of making sure that the staff working these projects are professionally doing what you have instructed them to do. it requires constant meetings to ensure that our scheduled, and potentially scheduled staff is performing as they should, all three shifts, seven-days per week.
