Job summary

Specialty Medical Staffing is hiring a full-time Staffing Specialist to support scheduling and operations of healthcare field staff from our Everett, WA base. The role is almost fully virtual, with occasional in-person meetings a few times per year.

You will handle HR activities, onboarding, payroll support, client orders, and QA of professionals at contracted facilities, working with a national healthcare staffing firm that values organization, communication, and timely responsiveness.

Qualifications

Staffing Specialist

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a full time staffing specialist to join our team based out of Everett, WA for an exciting role in healthcare staffing. This is almost fully virtual but we try to get our team together a few times per year. This position will be responsible for coordinating all functions associated with the scheduling and operations of healthcare field staff. We are a leading national healthcare staffing firm with over 20 locations nationwide and work with various healthcare organizations throughout the country providing healthcare staffing solutions. We are looking for an energetic go-getter that is highly organized and dedicated to serving the healthcare field.
