Job summary

Complete Care at Green Knoll in Bridgewater Township, NJ seeks a Staffing Coordinator to build and maintain staff schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong communication with the HR team.

The role supports resident care by coordinating recruiting efforts, tracking attendance, and aiding performance reviews. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Human Resources preferred but not required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs.
• Coordinate interviews with recruiting and department heads.
