Job summary

Complete Care Management LLC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our residential team at Green Knoll. You will create and maintain staff schedules, track call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals, and coordinate with HR on retention and recruitment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (HR degree preferred) and strong communication skills, plus familiarity with healthcare regulations. We offer daily pay option, full-time benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred.
• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs.
• Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
