Job summary

Complete Care at Green Knoll is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our compassionate team. You will create and maintain staff schedules, coordinate with HR on recruitment, and ensure quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care staffing coordinator experience preferred.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and retention.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Coordinate interviews with recruiting and department heads.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
• Create and maintain staff schedules

• Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs
• Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
