High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
Create and maintain staff schedules
Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs
Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
