Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement, engaging with candidates across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

You’ll build relationships, coach candidates through resumes and interview prep, and discuss client needs while maintaining a high-output, goal-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and build a candidate book.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep them for client interviews.
• Deliver the good news – extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
