Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Hartford is seeking a Staffing Consultant to identify candidates, interview and prepare them for client interviews, and manage the offer process. You will build a robust book of business while engaging with job seekers and clients daily.

You’ll spend time sourcing candidates, networking, and discussing client needs, driving placements, and meeting hiring goals with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
• A love for working with people and strong self-motivation.
• Ability to meet goals and metrics with a proactive mindset.
• Independent judgment in evaluating candidates and client needs.
• Ability to build relationships and a strong book of business.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Interview candidates and prep them for client interviews with resumes and needs analysis.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain ongoing contact with assigned candidates and support their placements.
• Proactively cold call to identify new candidates and opportunities.
