Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Indianapolis to find, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement—engaging job seekers by phone, email, and in person, and coaching them through resume tweaks and interview prep.

You'll collaborate with team members, post open roles, and use online sourcing tools to build a strong candidate slate, while meeting hiring

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct interviews and prep candidates for client interviews with resumes and client needs.
• Coach candidates and provide next steps post-interview.
