Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant in the Washington, DC area to identify, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement, leveraging calls, emails, and in-person conversations to build relationships with job seekers and clients.

You will post jobs, engage in proactive outreach, and coach candidates through resume edits, interviews, and post-interview steps.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting metrics and deadlines.
• Comfort with outbound calls and candidate outreach.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs and manage candidate pipelines through full-cycle recruiting.
• Interview candidates and prep for client interviews with resumes and client needs.
• Coordinate post-interview feedback and extend offers when appropriate.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to maintain a robust talent book.
