Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a proactive Recruiter to identify and engage prospective candidates, post jobs, and interview candidates. You will prep candidates for client interviews, manage post-interview steps, and extend offers as part of a dynamic team.

You will also cultivate relationships with placed candidates and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling. The role emphasizes strong communication, a love for working with people, self-motivation, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies by reviewing resumes and conducting mock interviews.
• Contact candidates post-interview for recap and next steps; deliver offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain relationships with placed candidates to foster referrals and additional business opportunities.
• Proactively cold call to identify prospective candidates and clients.
