Qualifications

• Experience in a contact center or service role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to multi-task and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for claimants and clients for scheduling medical/dental appointments.
• Coordinate with patients and providers to set up appointments.
• Request, send, receive, and follow up on documentation via email and fax.
• Document and save all correspondence to secure company files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
