Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly, on-it voice patients hear first and the glue that keeps clinics running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be the primary contact for patients across locations, answering calls, solving problems, and coordinating scheduling so every patient feels looked after. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site time at clinics or our warehouse/office as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service or healthcare/wellness preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a patient-first mindset.
• Experience with high-volume email and inbound call queues.
• Comfortable with scheduling systems, CRM tools, and basic computer skills.
• Sharp multitasking and organizational skills.
• Able to work remotely and onsite; remote shifts from a quiet, professional space.
• Availability between 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 7 days a week

Responsibilities

• Be the main operator across all clinic locations handling calls and member questions.
• Coordinate Mobile IV appointment scheduling between patients, staff, and mobile team.
• Manage patient and membership email queues and route issues.
• Maintain clinic SOPs and onboard new hires.
• Provide coverage when staff call out to keep patient care on track.
• Support District Managers on weekends as a reliable contact.
• Work onsite or use space as home base for in-person work.
• Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
