Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 9 years in authoring and analyzing technology processes.
• At least 5 years of experience with process implementation in portfolio management and/or project management.
• Experience with process modeling languages such as XPDL and models such as SIPOC.
• Green Belt Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information on existing processes.
• Performs analysis on current capabilities versus desired capabilities.
• Defines process design, mapping and quality assurance tools to define processes.
• Conducts testing to ensure standard processes, policies, guidelines and templates are being utilized.
• Implements and improves processes and prepares implementation plans.
