Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a lead expert in business process transformation to partner with senior leaders in designing and sustaining enterprise-wide improvements.

You will guide complex, cross-functional initiatives, establish scalable methodologies, and leverage data and technology to elevate performance and client outcomes. You will drive organizational change, develop roadmaps, and mentor teams while aligning with strategic priorities and governance structures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading business process transformation and organizational change initiatives across functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with senior business leaders.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, change management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from assessment to benefit realization.
• Develop roadmaps, future-state workflows, operating models, governance, and implementation plans.
• Establish transformation standards and mentor team members.
• Conduct assessments to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases, KPIs, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate transformation into strategic initiatives and governance.
• Guide organizational change through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Build relationships and influence decisions using data-driven insights.
• Apply mapping, workflow analysis, automation, AI, BI to improve performance.
