Job summary

Vizient in Nashville seeks a seasoned lead for enterprise-wide process transformation, partnering with senior leaders to design, implement, and sustain improvements that advance strategic priorities across the organization.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps and operating models, apply data-driven techniques and AI-enabled tools to improve performance and client outcomes, and drive meaningful and lasting organizational change.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years leading business process transformation or organizational change initiatives across functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, change management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify process transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from assessment to benefit realization.
• Develop roadmaps, future-state workflows, and operating models to improve performance and scalability.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and tools for the transformation team and mentor colleagues.
• Conduct assessments to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases, KPIs, and performance measures.
• Integrate transformation into strategic initiatives and drive governance decision-making.
• Guide organizational change through stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning.
• Apply process mapping, workflow analysis, automation, AI, BI, and emerging tech to improve outcomes.
