CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Support Engineering - Infrastructure to lead a global 24/7 support function. The role sets the technical and operational bar, partnering with Product Engineering and field engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable support.

You’ll shape staffing, enablement, and QA programs, while growing engineers and delivering efficient, customer-focused incident resolution in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people-leadership in technical support/operations.
• 8+ years in technical support/operations, including 24/7 Cloud infra environments.
• Strong Kubernetes, Linux, virtualization, and cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, health, and performance of the 24/7 infrastructure support function.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and coaching.
• Hands-on escalation point for deep technical issues.
• Develop enablement and career paths across the function.
• Implement QA measures, ticket reviews, and playbooks.
• Define the operating model, roles, escalation boundaries, and SLOs.
• Lead customer communications during critical incidents and resolve conflicts.
• Track KPIs and guide capacity planning for growth.
• Interface with Product Engineering and domain teams for feedback loops.
• Champion customer voice to drive product and process improvements.
• Contribute to multi-quarter vision and headcount planning.
