CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead on-site operations of our state‑of‑the‑art facility in the United States. You will guide a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, installations, and routine maintenance to maximize uptime.

Applicants should have 5+ years in data center operations with at least 2 years in supervision, strong Linux and networking skills, and a hands-on, safety‑minded leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on data center infrastructure experience
• Experience with servers, networking, and cooling systems
• Proficient with Linux
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data center technicians in daily operations
• Develop and implement best practices for data center efficiency and uptime
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects
• Perform inspections and audits of data center equipment
• Respond to technical issues and emergencies promptly
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives to improve performance and scalability
