Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Technical Sourcing Manager, Networking, to lead strategic networking hardware sourcing for our data center deployments. You will drive supplier relationships, complex negotiations, and master agreements, shaping roadmaps with engineering for optimized total cost of ownership.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient supply chains, prototype sourcing, and mass production transitions, all while maintaining industry insights

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI hardware supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for networking hardware and related components.
• Develop supplier relationships and drive negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and awards.
• Own master supply agreements and statements of work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape roadmaps and optimize total cost of ownership.
