Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the design, execution, and strategic direction of complex programs at the group and organizational level within our Engineering & Technology team.

You’ll operate as a technical integrator across multiple domains, translating long-range strategy into roadmaps that hold up under ambiguity and collaborating with senior leaders to deliver scalable technology at speed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager at the group or organizational level.
• Background in a highly technical, fast-paced product or healthtech environment is a plus.
• Experience designing and scaling execution frameworks for programs with ambiguous scope and high risk.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable, multi-team roadmaps and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own group-level and org-level strategic programs from framing through delivery.
• Design execution frameworks and operating rhythms that scale PM practices across multiple teams and domains.
• Resolve systemic blockers and drive long-range planning rigor, aligning roadmaps with OKRs across the organization.
• Operate as a technical integrator, identifying architectural misalignments and cross-domain risks across domains.
• Shape technical roadmap and build-vs-buy decisions by aligning constraints, and influence where investment unlocks capability.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to growing the team through interviewing and onboarding.
