Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer for a full-time, six‑month contract to scale Engineering and Product Management. You’ll own top‑of‑funnel pipelines from Senior ICs to Director+ leaders and design outbound campaigns to deliver diverse, high‑signal slates. You will partner with recruiters, leverage AI tools, and help build a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience across Engineering and Product Management.
• 2+ years of sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+).
• Proven track record building top‑of‑funnel strategies and research approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own top‑of‑funnel pipelines for Engineering and Product Management roles from Senior ICs through Director+ leaders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role needs and accelerate hiring with clear expectations.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/GitLab, forums, referrals, and open‑source communities.
• Maintain talent maps and competitor intelligence; publish market insights for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Track and optimize sourcing funnel conversion rates using data to strengthen pipeline quality.
• Use LLMs (Claude) to automate tasks, draft outreach at scale, and streamline workflows.
• Run structured outbound campaigns with A/B messaging to drive speed and quality of hires.
