Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across engineering and partner teams. You will partner closely with Engineering Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and move initiatives from concept through launch. The work will focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening program discipline, and supporting strong business outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $201,000 – $226,000 annually
