GuruLink is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a remote-first role with an optional Nashville hub. You will turn product ideas into coordinated plans spanning engineering, data, product, and operations, guiding initiatives from kickoff through launch and post-launch review.
This role requires technical fluency to understand platform interdependencies and to mitigate risks across software, data infrastructure, and data science components.
Location: REMOTE / Nashville, Tennessee
This job allows you to work remotely.
Our client is a venture-backed digital health company changing how people with joint, back, and muscle (musculoskeletal) conditions find and move through specialty care. Rather than leaving patients to sort out their options alone, the company combines a detailed understanding of each person's symptoms, history, and goals with predictive models and current clinical evidence, then steers them toward the treatment most likely to help and stays with them along the way.
The company is remote-first with an optional hub in Nashville, and is in a phase of rapid growth and expansion into new markets. The team is collaborative, curious, and driven by the mission of getting people out of pain.
The Technical Program Manager will drive the company's most complex, multi-team technical initiatives inside the Product organization. You will be the person who turns a product idea into a coordinated plan that engineering, data, product, and operations can all execute against, and you will stay with it from kickoff through launch and into the review of how it actually performed.
You will need enough technical fluency to understand how the platform fits together, including the application software, the data platform, and the data science and modelling work that feeds clinical decisions, so you can spot dependencies early and keep teams from blocking one another. This is a high-visibility role in a growing organization with real room to shape how programs are run.
