Ladders is seeking a Technical Project Manager (PMO) to join our healthcare technology team. This remote US-based role oversees coordination and delivery of technical initiatives, aligning business and technology partners to keep plans on track and outcomes measurable.

You will lead multiple projects, create detailed plans, track progress, implement QA processes, and bridge technical and business groups on AI/automation efforts within a healthcare setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 1+ years of remote work experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Monday.com, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with ROI modeling and forecasting of technical projects.
• Familiarity with tech sprint cycles and AI/automation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage activities between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Directly manage multiple projects and assist in a portfolio of projects.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, communicating status to all levels.
• Prepare and distribute project artifacts, including success metrics.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager (PMO) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee the coordination and delivery of technical initiatives that require close alignment between business and technology partners. You will manage multiple projects within a broader portfolio, helping ensure plans stay on track, stakeholders stay informed, and outcomes are clearly measured. This is a strong fit for a project leader who can bring structure to fast-moving workstreams, support process improvement, and help advance AI and automation efforts in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000 annually
