You will partner with Engineering Managers and stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and move initiatives from concept through launch, focusing on operational efficiency and strong business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of technical program management experience for large-scale software/digital health products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and productivity improvements.
• Experience partnering with engineering managers and stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams to guide projects from concept to launch.
• Evaluate project risks and trade-offs, prioritizing partner needs and driving informed decisions.
• Monitor project health and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
• Engage stakeholders to establish focus and alignment, driving positive business outcomes.
• Define and institutionalize program management best practices to improve operational efficiency.
