Job summary

DigitalOcean seeks a Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager to own technical GTM end-to-end across AI-native cloud products and market use cases. You will translate architecture into compelling value, build technical demos and content, and represent the company on stage to engineers, analysts, and executives.

You will collaborate with Product, Revenue, and Marketing leadership to define positioning, enable the field, and drive adoption, pipeline, and win rates while mentoring a growing PMM

Qualifications

• Technical practitioner at depth with ability to script against APIs and work in containerized environments.
• Practical, current knowledge of the AI stack including inference, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to present complex technical products on stage and in high-visibility content to engineers and executives.
• Ability to translate architecture into provable narratives that drive business outcomes.
• Measures impact through adoption, pipeline, deal velocity, and win rates.
• Has owned GTM for a product line or category, not just a single feature.
• 10+ years marketing developer platforms, APIs, or technical products, or equivalent time in software.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative and be our market authority across product and market.
• Build technical demos and code samples to prove platform value.
• Create deeply technical content and serve as DigitalOcean's public voice.
• Drive launches with cross-functional readiness and enablement for sales teams.
• Mentor other PMMs and establish scalable frameworks.
