Cockroach Labs is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to own GTM for a defined portfolio, lead the company rebrand, and drive launches across a dense release calendar. You will craft compelling positioning for developers, platform engineers, and enterprise buyers while collaborating with product, sales, and demand Gen.

You'll translate complex tech into business value, develop high-impact collateral, and enable sales with targeted enablement and content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing.
• 5+ years in enterprise software/SaaS product marketing.
• Experience marketing to developers, architects, CTOs/CIOs.
• Strong writing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market for a defined portfolio and drive GTM outcomes.
• Lead the company rebrand go-to-market program end-to-end.
• Own launches and releases with a standardized playbook.
• Create collateral and enable Sales with effective training.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
