Job summary

Metriport is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to translate stakeholder input into actionable product requirements and own end-to-end delivery of next-gen products.

You will drive decisions on what to build next, communicate via PODs, PRDs, and roadmaps, and shepherd initiatives from concept through to customer rollout and ongoing monitoring, ensuring the product delivers real value.

Qualifications

• Co-located in Bay Area, or willing to relocate.
• 10+ years of experience as a (Technical) Product Manager for deeply technical infrastructure / analytics products.
• Experience going from ideation to User Acceptance Testing and successful delivery of new products/features while communicating with enterprise customer stakeholders.
• Early stage B2B startup experience with live customers for at least 2 years where you were responsible for product bets and shot calling.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and responding to input from internal and external stakeholders.
• Deciding on what to work on next and communicating that to the team through PODs, PRDs, and an iterated roadmap.
• Executing what we decided to work on from 0 to 1 and seeing things through to successful customer rollout and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensuring everyone internal and external to Metriport understands how the product works and how it can bring them value in depth.
